VR | Teleport

The Teleport tool allows the VR user to translate and rotate their base position throughout a three dimensional space.

  • To activate the Teleport tool, the VR user must look straight down in the headset, point their controller at the Teleport Button, and click the trigger.

  • Once the button is clicked, the controller will have the Teleport function activated on it.

  • If the controller’s pointer is pointed at a floor or stair object, a foot icon will appear on the ground.

  • If the user clicks the controller’s trigger, the user’s position will be translated to the designated position.

  • The thumbpad buttons may also be used to rotate the user’s base view position in 45 degree increments.
